Exoskeletons that help tourists climb a mountain in China
In China, tourists can rent smart exoskeletons to climb a mountain.
In China, tourists have developed exoskeletons with AI to climb a sacred mountain. In Shandong Province, tourists will be able to rent these devices, developed by Taishan Cultural Tourism Group. The exoskeletons weigh only 1.8 kg and are equipped with sensors that analyze leg movements and provide the necessary support, reducing the load. That is, they provide the assistance that a person needs individually at the time of climbing. The exoskeletons work for up to 5 hours or 14 km on a single charge. This was done mainly for older tourists, who now do not have to deny themselves the pleasure of conquering the top of Mount Taishan.
