Workers accidentally broke a tabletop
53-year-old John Marcum from Alabama (USA), who works in IT, started a renovation in his house and waited a long time for the installation of the last detail - a kitchen countertop. Not understanding the reason for the delay, the man decided to check the surveillance cameras - and then everything fell into place.
As it turned out, the new countertop broke in the hands of the workers who delivered it and tried to carry it into the house together.
"This was the last touch during the renovation on the first floor. On the day when the workers were supposed to deliver the countertop, they suddenly disappeared. I thought the guys went to lunch, or perhaps postponed the work due to the weather. A few days later, when I learned the real reason for the delay, I went to look at the surveillance cameras," says John.
