A real race track is for sale in Palm Beach. It was recently planned to be torn down, but then the decision was changed. The price is not specified: the seller is waiting for offers from potential buyers themselves. 
The international-class track is called Moroso Motorsports Park. A couple of years ago, the long-closed track was supposed to be torn down and the territory built up. However, local authorities did not approve the project, and the semi-abandoned facility remained in place.
The territory covers more than 174 acres of land. It includes a classic quarter-mile drag race track, a 3.2-kilometer-long ring track, a go-kart track, and an off-road racing zone. Plus the necessary infrastructure and convenient transport accessibility.
The new owner will not be required to preserve the facility in its current form. However, the previously "wrapped up" project for the development of warehouse premises indicates that not every initiative will be accepted. The price is not specified, the amount can be offered by the interested client.
