Ferrari F355 that belonged to Michael Schumacher will be put up for auction (21 photos)

In February, a Ferrari F355 spider in a rare version will be put up for auction at a closed auction - with a blue body instead of the traditional red and a manual transmission. It is claimed that the first owner of the sports car was the famous racer Michael Schumacher, who received the car in 1996 during his first sports season for the Italian team.





According to unconfirmed reports, a Ferrari F355 was assembled for Schumacher in a modified specification - the engine received settings selected to the taste of the racer himself. However, according to the certificate, the car is now equipped with a standard power unit.

Schumacher used the F355 until 2002: there is documentary evidence that he drove it mainly in Monaco. The current owner has owned the sports car since 2004 - he bought the spider at auction precisely as the former car of the seven-time champion.

The car was regularly exhibited at various thematic events and became the hero of publications in the media. In addition, the spider was carefully looked after - it underwent its last major maintenance in September 2024.
