An AI Agent Will Take on a Female Appearance and Become a “Productive Partner” for Single Men (3 photos + 1 video)
A popular AI agent will receive a female robotic body. The creation, called ElizaOS, will appear as a 178 cm tall girl with long black hair, full lips and large breasts.
The robot from Eliza Labs will have a silicone animatronic face that can replicate human emotions and facial expressions. "Eliza" will be able to cut cigars and pour drinks. She will come with custom-made clothes and additional accessories.
According to its creators, Eliza Wakes Up is in an “advanced stage of development” and is available for pre-order now, starting at $420,000.
Matthew Graham, an adviser to the company, said: “This will be the most advanced humanoid robot ever to emerge from a lab. We are rapidly approaching a revolution in robotics.”
Shaw, the founder of Eliza Labs, said: “ElizaOS is currently powering the most advanced humanoid agents. We are excited to see Eliza emerge into the physical world, blurring the line between digital intelligence and human interaction.”
Shaw, like other members of his team, wished to remain anonymous.
“Eliza” can run a mile at an eight-minute pace. A human can cover the same distance in nine to 10 minutes.
She can adapt to the user’s individual needs, performing a variety of tasks: scheduling, social networking, research automation, document processing, and transaction processing.
The developers said that “the hardware and software are configured with safety precautions in mind, making it difficult to use the robot for unintended purposes,” including sexual activity.
While the robot is not intended for intimacy, the company is already working on an artificial vagina.
Last week, Shaw announced a search for a device that would allow humans to have sexual relations with an AI agent. He offered a grant of $1,000.
AI agents are more advanced than chatbots and are able to make decisions and perform tasks on their own.
A Las Vegas developer known as Bry.ai has accepted the challenge. The Orifice device, which is in the early stages of development, is equipped with sensors that can measure the speed of thrusts and record the depth of penetration into the robot's vagina.
Matthew Graham noted that the Eliza Wakes Up project is not sexually oriented: “It’s about satisfying the genuine need for companionship, which we believe remains one of the most important psychological needs in the modern world.”
