Japanese inventor shows smartphone case that you can get stuck in during your free time

A Japanese inventor has unveiled a smartphone case with a built-in mechanical labyrinth for balls. The device is powered by the phone's charging port and has a removable back panel that can be quickly removed for contactless payments.

There is a motor inside with a protective mechanism that allows the gears to spin freely when the ball gets stuck.

A special dial with three positions allows you to control the movement of the balls and safely store them inside the cylinder. The design is so reliable that the balls do not fall out of the guides even when the case is turned over.

It took the inventor a week to create this case. A 3D printer was used to print all 32 parts.
