It's hard to say what this 45-year-old taxi passenger was thinking and what he wanted to achieve. He was charged with dangerous driving, causing harm to life and property. Ontario, Canada.
UPD: So he wanted to get insurance, but forgot about the dashcam. A great plan, reliable as a Swiss watch.
