A resident of the Chinese province of Hunan laughed so hard that he suffered a lung rupture. 
The guy was sitting in a chat room and talking with his student friends. The young men discussed academic problems, but not only. They also joked around, and the conversation was so funny that it brought the hero of this story to the hospital. So, one of the jokes made the young man laugh so hard that he burst out laughing, and then felt a headache. A little later, pain in the stomach and chest appeared, and then such a frightening symptom as difficulty breathing was added. 
The student went to the hospital, where doctors stunned him with a diagnosis - a ruptured lung. It happened precisely because of a powerful burst of laughter. Fortunately, the young man's condition allowed him to be helped without surgery.
