The collector admits that he has been collecting items from the franchise since he was 13 years old. During this time, he managed to collect rare and unique items, the cost of which is estimated at tens of thousands of US dollars.
The actor himself, as journalists write, became very famous even among the members of the film crew of the legendary universe, and was also good friends with Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill, who played Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker.
"My collection is very important to me, but it's so huge now. I'll never be able to sell just a few pieces - I want to preserve the collection as a whole for people to enjoy," the man admitted.
The media writes that the first 230 lots will be put up for auction at Wessex Auction Rooms in Wiltshire, and this sale will attract fans around the world. The entire collection has also been put up online so that true connoisseurs of the franchise can see the man's unique collection.
