This time, the billionaire is not going to plough through space, but to speed up the movement of people around their home planet. 
The social network X (former Twitter) noted that after the change of power in the White House, SpaceX can much faster receive approval from the US Federal Aviation Administration for flights of the Starship spacecraft according to the "Earth-to-Earth" scheme. In the comments to this message, Elon Musk wrote: "Now it is possible."
According to Musk's idea, it will be more convenient to travel between continents on Starship rockets. Hyperloop wasn't enough for us in 2013. 
This time, up to 1,000 passengers are planned to be carried in one rocket. The new miracle rocket should fly at a speed of 27,000 km/h. So a flight from San Francisco to Delhi will take only 30 minutes, and you can get from New York to London in 27 minutes.
Starship will move "parallel" to the Earth after launching into orbit, providing fast transit between distant cities. This concept was first presented by SpaceX almost ten years ago. And the Starship concept was originally intended to test reusable space travel technology, which Musk says will be used to return humans to the Moon and travel to Mars.
At the moment, it’s not really possible to talk about the imminent conquest of Mars, but it is possible to test the idea of super-fast travel between continents.
5th test launch
Next week, the 6th test launch is already scheduled. Starship and its super-heavy booster will launch from SpaceX’s facility near Boca Chica Beach, Texas, at about 5 p.m. ET. The company will broadcast the test flight live on its website and in the X service.
The rocket debuted in April 2023. That flight lasted just four minutes, and a second test flight in November 2023 ended due to a “rapid unplanned disassembly.”
If all goes well and Musk’s team brings their brainchild to mind, you can ride Starship for about $10,000.
