A man decided to propose to his girlfriend on the shore of a picturesque lake and asked her sister to capture the moment. It would have been the perfect video for an engagement announcement on social media! But he forgot one thing. 
Yes, he forgot one thing - the possibility that his bride would lose the ring in the water.
In the video, a smartly dressed groom gets down on one knee in front of his beloved and asks for her hand. She replies, "Sure, I'll do it," and turns to see her sister's reaction, but accidentally knocks the ring box out of her boyfriend's hands.
Chilling with laughter, the bride-to-be says, "Oh, shit!" Luckily for the couple, the bride's sister reacted quickly and jumped into the water without thinking twice to get the ring. She said, "My little sister instinct is to jump right in!"
Thanks to her quick reaction, the brave girl managed to save the diamond engagement ring and the engagement. The video ends with the couple reuniting with the ring and exchanging a kiss.
The video made social media users laugh a lot. Many wondered if it was wise to propose on the pier, since there is always a potential risk of dropping the ring in the water (if something bad can happen, it will definitely happen).
