The man apparently hoped that the instruments would leave the body naturally, but something went wrong.





The keys were in no hurry to leave the Ukrainian's body, and the poor guy had to be operated on. The incident, which occurred back in August, was reported by the thoracic surgery department of the Cherkasy regional hospital.

The man was hospitalized with phlegmon of the neck, rupture of the esophagus at the level of the pharynx and middle third, total mediastinitis, empyema of the pleura on the right side and prolapse of the stomach.



The keys were successfully removed during the operation. The patient himself was sent home three weeks later.



And doctors called the incident "an academic-level case." Because No one contacted the police, it seems the Ukrainian swallowed the instruments of his own free will, without coercion. The doctors refused to disclose the details of the story, citing medical confidentiality.
