A person will be able to see even if they were blind from birth.

Elon Musk was happy to announce that his Blindsight device has received approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), making it truly revolutionary. Although at first, people with such an implant will not have very good vision, in the future it can surpass natural vision and even provide the ability to see in the infrared, ultraviolet, and even radar ranges.
