Apparently, this lady was very upset with the people from the residential complex in Hebei Province (China). 
One of the residents caught the stranger doing something very strange. She brought five small boxes to the complex and, opening them, released dozens of live cockroaches. Naturally, the insects, having felt the sweet air of freedom, quickly crawled in all directions. The unknown lady quickly disappeared, so it was not possible to find out what motives moved her. 
The residents can be consoled by the fact that the management company promptly responded to the alarming incident and quickly carried out pest control of both the complex and the adjacent lawns. No one needs cockroach neighbors, so people breathed a sigh of relief.
