Kuril travelers managed to film the formation of a new breakthrough on the Ebeko volcano

Tourists witnessed a historic moment — the formation of a new crater on the Ebeko volcano. Now there are two active vents.

The volcano is 1,156 meters high and is located seven kilometers from the city of Severo-Kurilsk, in the northern part of the Vernadsky Ridge. Earlier in March, a two-kilometer-high eruption occurred near the same volcano.

“In fact, our favorite volcano now has two active craters. We are still in complete shock from what we saw,” the travelers note.
