The Russians said that 39 Ukrainian drones were shot down over Russian regions last night. As reported by Censor.NET, this was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
It is noted that Russian air defense destroyed:
19 UAVs in the Kursk region,
nine UAVs in the Belgorod region,
five UAVs in the Bryansk region,
three UAVs in the Voronezh region,
three UAVs in the Leningrad region.
The acting head of the Kursk region, Alexey Smirnov, reported on the evening of July 28 that 13 Ukrainian UAVs were shot down in the Oboyansky and Medvensky districts. Videos of eyewitnesses appeared on social networks, claiming that an electrical substation had been hit.
The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced on Monday morning that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had attacked the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka. And local media reported that drones attacked an electrical substation in the village of Tomarovka at night. A fire started there.
Three Ukrainian drones were destroyed in the Voronezh Region overnight, said the head of the region, Alexander Gusev. At the same time, the wreckage of one of the drones damaged a utility infrastructure facility in the village of Gazoprovod.
"Damage was found on the roof of the building. A fire broke out, which has already been extinguished by local forces. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," the official said.
Four drones were shot down in the Bryansk Region at night, said the head of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.
Recall that it was previously reported that a power station was damaged as a result of a drone attack in the Oryol Region.
