Були такі камери і з вбудованою пам'яттю, а також у більш просунутих версіях і запис відео, правда роздільна здатність відео було фіговим - 128х92 пікселів.

Перший мій телефон з камерою, був Nokia N серії. Роздільна здатність камери у нього була 0,3 мП

Найперший телефон із камерою, який дізнався взагалі, це був Siemens MC60, навіть рекламу пам'ятаю по ТБ. А наживо телефон із камерою побачив у однокласника, це була Nokia 3200. Дуже хотів телефон із камерою, але на жаль коштували вони триндець як дорого.
