A python attack on a cat was caught on video (lower sound)
In the Australian city of Sunshine Coast, a python attacked a domestic cat in front of its owner. The CCTV footage was shared by snake catcher Stuart McKenzie.
The incident occurred in the backyard of the house where the woman lives. At the beginning of the video, she tried to show the cat with gestures that she needed to run. She ran away and dragged the snake behind her, which managed to grab her with its teeth.
The woman apparently expected a different effect. When the cat disappeared from sight, she exclaimed: “Damn!” At that moment, a child's squeal was heard from the house, and the woman screamed and ran after the cat. What happened next can only be judged by the screams off-screen.
In the second part of the video, a woman calls to someone through the fence. By that time the python had returned to the yard, and the cat was no longer with him. The woman, noticing his movement, screamed again and ran into the house.
