Indonesian religious leader Mukhlis Muhammad, 46 years old, was caught having an affair with a married woman. The whole point is that he is an official and member of the legislature of the Indonesian province of Aceh.

Aceh is a unique region of Indonesia, where the strictest Sharia rules are practiced, and the main governing body here is the Aceh Ulema Council.
