Two men with a toy gun robbed a store in Uman. Can be jailed for 15 years
The men put on medical masks, entered the store and took the seller’s daily earnings - 32 thousand UAH. A few hours later they were found using surveillance video recordings. Marijuana was found in their home.
This was reported to the Cherkasy region police, Censor.NET reports.
The men entered a store on Tourist Street and began threatening the saleswoman with a toy gun. The woman gave them 32 thousand UAH - all that she had sold that day.
A few hours later, the robbers were found thanks to recordings from video cameras.

Police found the men a few hours later thanks to CCTV footage. They turned out to be a 40-year-old resident of the Kyiv region and a 43-year-old resident of Uman. They came to the Uman resident’s home with a search. A toy gun was lying in the kitchen, and in the room, police found a box and bag of what appeared to be marijuana.
“For robbery committed under martial law, the defendants face imprisonment for up to fifteen years with confiscation of property. The police have also launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 309 (Illegal possession of narcotic drugs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message says.
