In China, lasers are used to cut down branches in hard-to-reach places
Perhaps every person has seen how trees are pruned and branches that could fall on people or their property are trimmed. Chainsaws and lifts are usually used for this. And in China they decided to make the task easier for workers - they suggested using a laser. It looks quite unusual.
In reality, such lasers cannot be seen. To make it clear, they were painted blue in the video.
