The next film, The Revenant (2015), received three awards out of 12 nominations, one of which went to Leonardo DiCaprio.

The cameraman who worked on the films of Alejandro Gonzalez is a record holder in his field: he won this prestigious award three times in a row! For the films "Gravity" (2013), "Birdman" (2014) and "The Revenant" (2015).
