A blue driver without a license causes a fatal accident
In Novocherkassk, on Platovsky Prospekt, a drunk 27-year-old Toyota driver lost control and crashed into a fence. A 31-year-old passenger, who was in the left passenger seat, died on the spot. The culprit himself was not injured.
When checking the documents, it turned out that the driver was not only drunk, but had never had a driver’s license in his life. Previously, the young man was convicted of a crime against the person and was a member of the Wagner PMC. The driver was taken to the police station and was taken into custody during the investigation.
He himself explained at the scene of the accident that it seemed to him that the pillar separated the flows (to his right is the parking lot of the Azov market), and in order to avoid being in the oncoming traffic, he tried to go around the pillar on the right, but due to the high speed he was unable to do this .
