An apartment building caught fire in Anapa. Firefighters rescued 12 people, the rest evacuated on their own. Telegeram channel Baza reported that the cause of the fire was an unextinguished cigarette butt. The unextinguished bull was left on the sixth floor - smoke began and the fire spread through the ventilation to the wooden attic. There the fire spread with all its might. An hour later, this attic fell from the house to the ground.
Authorities in the Krasnodar region stated that the house was built illegally. The developer was given a plot for construction, but he did not have permission to build an apartment building. Nevertheless, the house was built, rented out and all the apartments in it were sold. The house did not have a fire extinguishing system. As it turned out, the residents put their apartments into operation one by one through the courts.
