The SUV demolished the car and the policeman who stopped it
The traffic incident, which occurred on January 18 on the side of the Cimarron Road, in Canadian County (Oklahoma, USA), was captured by the dashcam installed in a patrol car.
A law enforcement officer who stopped a vehicle to check documents was hit by another car, the driver of which lost control and, ramming a car standing by the side of the road, made several rollovers in the interior of his SUV.
The policeman, who was thrown several meters, made a soft landing in a ditch and escaped with several bruises. Two motorists required medical attention and were taken to a nearby hospital.
“We are showing this video as a visual reminder of the consequences of distracted driving and the importance of following the speed limit on busy highways,” Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said.
