The Czech Republic launched production of the Bohema supercar with an engine from the Nissan GT-R (7 photos)
The Czech company Praga announced the start of production of commercial copies of the Bohema extreme supercar. The coupe is distinguished by its ultra-lightweight design, focus on racing tracks and the 3.8-liter V6 from the Nissan GT-R boosted to 700 horsepower. 
The Praga Bohema is made almost entirely of carbon, thanks to which it weighs less than a ton. The track status of the supercar is emphasized both by its design with thoughtful aerodynamics and by chassis settings. The interior is also designed in a racing style, but still includes adjustable seats and an air conditioning system. At the same time, the supercar is formally allowed on public roads.
The 700-horsepower engine and sequential gearbox accelerate the Bohema to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds and then to 300 km/h.
The company said that the range of tests carried out since the announcement included test runs at major European tracks - for example, the Belgian Spa-Francorchamps and the German Nürburgring. Formula 1 driver Romain Grosjean and ex-Stig from Top Gear Ben Collins took part in the tests, whose recommendations were taken into account during tuning.
It was previously reported that Praha plans to assemble only 89 copies of the Bohema, each of which is valued at a minimum of 1.36 million euros. Given the almost manual production, Praha will spend four years to assemble the entire planned edition.
