You know those programs like “Repair School”? There are simply hundreds of similar TV programs! But they all have one thing in common. Clients who come to see the result very implausibly feign surprise. Like, how wonderful, this is what we have dreamed about all our lives. But in real life, not everyone enjoys surprises.
