A man's scooter was stolen while he was driving

A Chinese man was peacefully driving his scooter when a passing motorist yanked the vehicle out from under him.

Apparently, the scooter needs to be locked to itself, because it can be stolen in the middle of the day, right while you are calmly going about your business
