Grandfather knocked down a robber who took his smartphone

A surveillance camera installed in a pharmacy in the Brazilian city of Goiania captured an attempted robbery of an 81-year-old pensioner. The attacker quickly realized that he had chosen the wrong victim.

The guy decided to take the cell phone out of the back pocket of the older man's jeans. Grandfather was not taken aback and knocked the hesitant intruder to the floor.

According to media reports, the robber was able to break free and grab the pharmacist's smartphone, and then tried to escape. Arriving law enforcement officers arrested the criminal and took him to the police station.
