The military man, apparently, was in the capital for treatment - he had a cane and his arm was tied. He stumbled as he approached a pedestrian crossing. Several people rushed to his aid at once. Including the woman who was in charge near the fruit and vegetable stand. Without further ado, she took the defender to her store and packed him a large bag of groceries. The man offered the woman money, but she flatly refused.
