How to incorrectly transfer a child across the road

A mother and a child were crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing near 9th May Street, house 51. The woman did not hold her 4-year-old daughter by the hand, and suddenly the girl ran forward. At that moment, a 40-year-old woman was driving along the road in a Mazda CX5. She did not slow down in front of the zebra and give way to pedestrians, but continued to move, as a result of which she hit the child. The girl was injured and received medical attention at the scene.
