The New Year is just around the corner. Which means it’s time to take stock. The most visited movie site IMDb conducted a study and compiled the TOP 10 most popular actors and actresses of 2023. The distribution of places in it is calculated using StarMETRE, which is the number of visits to the personal pages of movie stars on the site during the year. Last year, Cuban-Spanish actress Ana de Armas took first place. Let's see who takes the lead in 2023.

10th place: Cillian Murphy





He played the main role in the film "Oppenheimer", for which he will most likely receive an Oscar.

9th place: Carla Gugino



The 52-year-old actress proved herself in a fresh mini-series with horror elements, “The Fall of the House of Usher,” where she was able to show her acting range by playing the mysterious Verna.
