Dismantling the monument to Shchors in the center of Kyiv

As part of decommunization, today, December 9, a monument to Nikolai Shchors was dismantled in the center of Kyiv.

Specialists of the Kyivblaugustriy enterprise worked on dismantling the 7-ton structure for 6 hours. This is technically complex work, for which various heavy equipment was involved, and it was necessary to partially block traffic on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard.

In the future, the monument will be kept in the State Aviation Museum of Ukraine. O. K. Antonova.
