Mercedes-Benz has released a new series of vehicles for children (16 photos)
Mercedes-Benz, together with the Mercedes-AMG division, in collaboration with the German stroller manufacturer Hartan, has presented a new series of strollers. It includes All-Terrain, Avantgarde and Performance versions, as well as a limited edition AMG GT2. The highlight was the special “vegan” material.
The innovative material from which the cradles are made is called Vegan Leatherette. Visually and to the touch it resembles fine natural leather. However, it does not contain any animal products. It can withstand up to 100,000 abrasion cycles.
The All-Terrain GTR series strollers are equipped with wheels with inflatable tires and a spring suspension. They provide the most comfortable ride on any surface. The equipment includes a sun visor for the child, a height-adjustable handle, a parking brake, and a five-point magnetic seat belt.
The Avantgarde and Performance series differ in design. They are available with carrycot types GTX and GTS. The first is characterized by low weight. The second has an adjustable length, which extends the period of its use along with the growth of the child.
For those who want to stand out, there is a limited edition AMG GT2 in a special design. Only 299 of these strollers will be produced. The price is not specified. Five color schemes are available for mass models, and two exclusive ones for AMG. Each stroller comes with a bag for small items, which is easily attached to the handle.
