A resident of Sevastopol beat a man for a remark made about a dog
The dog owner beat the man shortly after he asked to put the animal on a leash.
It was previously established that a 46-year-old resident of occupied Sevastopol was walking his dog without a leash in the private sector. Approaching one of the houses, his shepherd began to bark loudly, thus reacting to strange dogs that were outside the fence of the household. The owner of the house, who was working in the garden at the time, did not like this, and he made a remark to a passerby, asking him to keep his pet on a leash. On this basis, a verbal conflict began between the men, during which the 52-year-old victim went out into the street, holding a rake in his hands, which he used to work on the site. This angered the attacker and he struck his opponent several times in the head, causing him to fall to the ground. Next, the suspect inflicted at least eleven blows with fists of both hands, as well as a kick to the victim’s face, thereby causing moderate harm to health.
