One of the most wonderful things about people is how versatile they are. Each of us has many different skills, talents and passions with which we can surprise the world. And show business stars are no exception.
Recently, the online community r/AskReddit had a discussion about what hidden skills and abilities of celebrities could lead them to success... if they weren't already celebrities.
1. Brian May
Brian May is a world-class guitarist in the band Queen, as well as in many solo projects. He also has a PhD in astrophysics and is being seriously considered as an interplanetary dust researcher. This is not some kind of “honorary” degree, but a real one. Brian May's dissertation is entitled "A Study of Radial Velocities in a Zodiacal Dust Cloud." He is a visiting scholar at Imperial College.
2. Viggo Mortensen
Viggo Mortensen is fluent in English, Spanish, Danish, French and many other languages. He paints, has released three jazz albums, is an incredibly skilled horseman, and has written a book of poetry. He still writes poetry. His photographs have been exhibited, he surfs, often does all his own tricks, and has mastered fencing very easily.
3. Hedy Lamarr
Lays the foundation for Bluetooth. And indeed for many types of radio transmissions. She did this during World War II to prevent radio stations from causing interference.
4. Terry Crews

Jamie Foxx - this man needs to be studied, he is an amazing actor of the highest class, he sings like an angel, he is an amazing stand-up comedian, and his skits are spot on!
He is also a classically trained pianist (he attended college on a scholarship). And the director and producers of the film "Ray" did not know about this when they offered him the role of Ray Charles.
9. Dolph Lundgren
This person has a master's degree in chemical engineering. He is fluent in Swedish and English, and to a lesser extent in French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.

22. Bruce Dickinson
Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden. He was also a pilot, not a former pilot, but a commercially rated pilot working for an airline. Flew several high-profile missions, including the evacuation of British citizens from conflict zones. He sometimes pilots the group's own aircraft, one of the most famous being the Boeing 747 with the Iron Maiden "Ed Force One" livery. Has his own company for pilot training and aircraft maintenance.
