24-year-old was rejected over a million times on a dating site before even going on one date (5 photos)
But even that didn't lead to anything.
Dating sites are one of the most popular ways to find a sex partner and/or loved one. But sometimes you have to wait too long to find what you want.
A user of the Reddit platform with the nickname fishboy26 shared his story, which can hardly be called optimistic. During his 4 years on Tinder, he received about a million rejections. The New Yorker corresponded with 217 girls, and only one, in the end, agreed to go on a date with him, which, however, did not end in anything - there was no “spark,” there was no continuation of the acquaintance.
This story, which is already a couple of months old, but has become popular in recent days, for some is an indicator of how insignificant the chance of normal dating on the site may be. For others, it rather testifies to the boundless patience of a good man who nevertheless decided to conquer this Everest.
One of the photos from Tinder showed a guy holding a fish.
He himself noted with humor that even without this photo, the situation would hardly have changed. To which I received the answer: “If the fish doesn’t bite, change your fishing technique or location.” Let's hope that the guy gets lucky in the end, because good stories with a happy ending do happen?
