Escaped but was caught

On November 3 in Nadym, on Ryzhkova Street near house No. 11, the driver of a Toyota Camry collided with a car that was allowing pedestrians to pass, after which he fled the scene. The 37-year-old culprit of the accident has been tracked down. During arrest, he resisted. The man faces a fine and deprivation of his license, as well as liability for disobeying the lawful request of a police officer.
