The mother did not notice how the 5-year-old child fell out of the car and ran over him
A 36-year-old driver, driving a Hyundai car, started driving without making sure that her 5-year-old son got into the car. The car drove off, the child fell out of the doors and fell under the wheels. The boy received injuries and was taken to the hospital.
“The mother also ran out of the car without stopping driving, endangering the second child who was in the car. After which the vehicle collided with a house,” the police department said.
In relation to the woman, inspectors drew up four administrative protocols: for an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, violation of the rules for transporting minor passengers and the absence of a compulsory insurance agreement for civil liability of vehicle owners.
