The girl overdosed on opioids, most likely fentanyl.
The film does a good job of showing how you die young when you reach for drugs, and what intensive care really looks like.
It's not like in "Baywatch", where the victim's mouth dries out, and the process itself takes some time.
In reality, this is a really long and laborious process, and the person being resuscitated often vomits blood.
I did not find any information about what happened to the girl after this, but she probably died.
Don't let people get you hooked on drugs. This will immediately shorten your life very much.
