In dramatic footage, the beast suddenly lunges towards a child riding a scooter down the street. The boy seemed very scared, but did not run, but froze in place. While the bear was wondering what to do with the little man, the big one came to the rescue. The man got out of a nearby car and quickly approached the animal, spreading his arms.
