A child on a walker was left unattended and rolled down a slope
The grandmother left her one-year-old grandson unattended for a short time, which she soon regretted. The active kid took advantage of the moment and went on his first trip.
On October 9, a surveillance camera installed in a home located in Xuanhan County (Dazhou County, Sichuan Province, China) recorded the moment a one-year-old child escaped.
The boy's grandmother turned away to prepare milk when the child slipped from the threshold of the house and rushed off on his first independent journey, ending tens of meters from the house.
An elderly relative, not finding her grandson, rushed down the street and after some time returned back, carrying the baby in her arms, who, fortunately, was not injured. As it turned out later, the neighbor interrupted the baby’s uncontrolled arrival and stopped him, and then returned him to the granny.
After the incident, the baby’s relatives began tying the walker to the table. In addition, the parents plan to take additional measures to protect the child.
