Author's words: Thank you all for the kind words in the comments and analysis of the incident. I note that the wedge stopped on the steering wheel rim... if not for this, the outcome of the incident might have been different. The case is under review. I'll let you know how it ends

Let me inform you that the case ended with the Citroen driver being found guilty. I would like to thank Mr Tomasz from the Kleshchevo Police Department for his diligent handling of the case, as well as the Citroen driver who, after reflection, accepted the blame. At the very least, material assets will be covered by third party liability insurance. I wish everyone good luck on the road. Good luck and latitude.
