The woman wrapped the cat in cellophane and took it down the elevator because she was tired of “cleaning up after him.”

Neighbors found the poor animal in the cabin, they tried to free it, and then began to look for the owner, but were disappointed.

According to the video footage, the woman called the elevator, after which she threw the bag with the cat on the floor of the cabin and closed the elevator doors. The animal rushed about at first, but later became quiet in the corner.

The woman explained her action by saying that the cat “shits everywhere” and is generally a “problem animal.” As it turned out later, the pet needed help from a veterinarian - perhaps she had a hernia.

Now volunteers are raising money to help the cat, and also want to bring the negligent owner to justice for cruelty to animals.
