“I thought I was a thief”: in Kazakhstan, a grandmother cut the safety rope of an industrial climber (2 photos + 1 video)
The vigilant old woman saw a man hanging on a rope outside the window of a high-rise building and was not taken aback. 
An elderly woman almost sent a window cleaner to the next world. The incident occurred in Astana (Kazakhstan). A man was rappelling down when he discovered that the rope had been cut. 
He noticed an old woman outside the window and began to reprimand her:
"Woman, why did you do this? Why did they cut off my cable? How can I get down now?” the man in the video is perplexed.
The grandmother decided that they wanted to clean out her apartment and acted as her heart told her. However, the story is over safely: we had a conversation with the pensioner afterwards, and the kind the industrial climber did not file a police report against the old woman.
