A nasty guy poured oil on the stairs in the gym

In China, one bad person ruined the day of several gym goers at once. He poured motor oil on the stairs, causing injuries to several people.
One of the visitors to the hall called the police and reported that someone had spilled machine oil on the stairs and there were injuries. One of them had to be hospitalized.
Police officers studied the surveillance camera footage and soon detained the bad man.
The man lived nearby and was already on the police's radar. In his defense, the detainee stated that he was disturbed by the noise from the hall. The man was sentenced to administrative arrest for 12 days.
