The incident took place in Neftekamsk. As it turned out, the 23-year-old boy decided to show his feelings to the girl in an extreme way. He climbed onto the Ferris wheel. Deciding that this was not enough, the lover-hero hit the structure several times, adding arguments through his fists.

According to eyewitnesses, rescuers arrived at the scene. However, their help was not needed - the extreme went down on his own.
