Unidentified people burned electric scooters

In the dead of night, smoothly flowing into very early morning, two masked men doused electric scooters with flammable liquid and set them on fire. The actions of the attackers were caught on camera, they are now being searched for.
According to Internet users, violators can be imprisoned for several years.
