In the Severo-Baikalsky region of Buryatia, due to heavy rainfall, a dam collapsed, and along with it, at the 1102nd kilometer of the Kholodnaya - Nizhneangarsk section of the East Siberian, the railway track was washed away. It literally hung over the turbulent streams of water. Railway traffic in the emergency area, of course, is suspended.
