Actually, what happened was what many experts foresaw - the bathyscaphe and its crew destroyed by implosion.

Now the wreckage of the Titan is in the port of the Canadian St. John's. CBC TV channel reports that immediately after the ship moored Horizon Arctic with parts of the bathyscaphe, investigators boarded to begin work on the study of the wreckage. It is reported that the Council Transportation Security Canada initiated an investigation into the incident in Atlantic.



Recall that on June 18, the tourist bathyscaphe of the OceanGate company Expeditions began diving to the site of the sinking of the Titanic. Later for an hour and a half, communication with the satellite ship was interrupted. On board the bathyscaphe there were 5 people - the founder of OceanGate, Stockton Rush, French aquanaut Paul-Henri Narjolet, British billionaire Hamish Harding, as well as Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his 19-year-old son Suleiman.
